We will accept returns (excluding final sale items) for shoes and items that have not been worn, damaged or altered and that are returned in their original shoebox or packaging in salable condition.
Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.
Returns postmarked more than 14 days after the date of your original receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns are not accepted 30 days after the date of your receipt and will be returned to you.
Your refund will be credited to your payment account within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer’s processing time.

To start your return or exchange,
please contact us at email@example.com and join a copy of the order number and list of the
item(s) you wish to return or exchange os we can send you a return authorization
number after verifying the item(s) qualify for return or exchange. No return
will be accepted without the release of a return authorization number.
Our goal is to assist you in finding the right size, color, or style and to make the purchase a success. In the instance that we are unable to make an exchange for an equal value pair, you will be issued a store credit good for use on our website.

We will ship exchange replacements for free.
If a shoe is not marked "FINAL SALE" or "EXCHANGE ONLY", it is eligible for our full return policy.
We ask that returns are initiated within 10 days of receiving your order and postmarked for return within 14 days. When refunding orders or part of orders which originally shipped for free, shipping cost listed under Shipping Policy will be deducted from refund when the total value of the order after refund is lower than the minimum order threshold for free shipping listed under Shipping Policy.
Manufacturing defects are evaluated on a case by case basis. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and clear photos of the defective item for our team to further assess. Should your request be approved, we will cover the cost to repair or, if unable to be repaired, replace your item and cover the cost of replacement shipping. If the item is no longer in stock and it is not repairable, you can request store credit for the price paid for the item.
Please note, manufacturing defects do not include external damage (liquid damage, scratching, rips, or scuffing, material or tonal variations, etc.) or damage occurred from typical wear and tear.
For items purchased outside of one of our retail stores or website, please contact the retailer you made your purchase from directly. We are unable to evaluate your issue unless it comes explicitly from the original retailer.
